Definition & Usage
The phrase 心里有数 means to be well aware of the situation. When you "have a number in your heart", you have a good understanding of the situation. Its meaning is similar to the English idiom "to know the score".Its antonym is "没数", and often, people would add "点儿(a little bit)" between "没" and "数" in this negative form, like  "心里没点儿数" , "没点儿数" adds a tone of complaining and blame. Example Sentences****心里有数音频:00:00 00:24**
